Established under the scheme of the Institute of Eminence (IoE), the Centre for Atmospheric and Climate Sciences (CACS) at IIT Madras is dedicated to studying the Earth system science and climate in the Anthropocene. With a team of dedicated researchers and experts, we strive to understand the complex dynamics of the atmosphere and work towards strong fundamental and applied research to better understand and mitigate the impact of climate change on society.
